1. How will I get my pictures on DVD or USB and how many I will get?
    The pictures taken on the event day will be given to you with your choice of DVD or USB. Most of the clicks will be color corrected and 25% to 30% of them carefully edited. You will get over 700+ images for wedding events.
     
  2. I have a question about Watermark on pictures and copyrights?
    When I am hired to do any event a contract is being made which states that I will be providing JPEGS quality images with NO watermark - but are copyrighted to Adnan Ansah Photography. Yes you have hired me but our studio owns your pictures which are used for our advertising/marketing and displaying of our work. You cannot sell those images to any vendor be it decorators: cake or banquet hall personnel etc, if you intend to sell your images another contract should be arranged prior to event.
     
  3. When will I get my PICTURES as I can't wait to see them?
    You will receive all your beautiful moments with in 6-8 weeks depending upon how busy our studio is during peak season. During busy wedding season which is MAY-OCT it may take up to 3-4 Months.
     
  4. Do you offer VIDEO packages or services?
    We SPECIALIZE in artistic and photo journalistic style of photography, however we have been fortunate to work with some talented videographers and can pass on recommendations.
     

  5. Do you have emergency back up in regards to equipment?
    We usually bring back up cameras to the event any ways so in case something goes wrong we always have a back up of your creative images stored safely.
     
  6. What makes you unique in world of wedding Photography that I should hire you?
    We always are very excited for our couples during their wedding moments and are spending a lot of time together to get to know each other and customize our slideshows as a gift to you. You will hear many photographers saying that they are passionate about photography but Adnan Ansah are passionate about how we create art. We strive to be better and are passionate about how different we can do one wedding from another. You have entrusted in us to deliver the vision your mind dreams and we deliver those surreal images and the experience you go through with our relationship. Experience and never give up attitude has gotten us far and at the end of the day we leave brides smiling and cherishing their moments forever.
     
  7. Why is wedding photography so EXPENSIVE?
    This is the question I see most from brides on the internet inquiries. Wedding photography seems like easy money — work for one day and rake in the cash, right? NOPES WRONG ! Most Professional wedding photographers like us I know carry over $45,000 worth of wedding gear and often work 60-hour weeks. (Remember those 700 images from question #1? It takes several full days just to edit those.) Add insurance, taxes, software, advertising, albums, repair, shipping, and studio expenses, and many photographers end up making less than minimum wage.
     

  8. How does your payment system works?
    We require 50% upfront to secure our services and the rest either 2-3 weeks prior or on the wedding day as agreed on our agreement.
     
  9. We do not live in the Greater Toronto Area, but in Montreal. Can you Travel for my wedding day?
    Ofcourse! We get this all the time and YES we travel all over Canada and even for destination weddings.
     
  10. Do I have to know or add my photographer to the dinner list or list of guests ! Does my photographer needs to eat or just serve me all day long?
    Your photographer is there for you all day long to get those precious moments. Aside from that they are also human beings and its all depending upon ethics of the couples to invite or not to invite them for dinner or give them tips. Yes we are on our toes all day but simple courtesies are always welcomed.
     
  11. HOW DO I BOOK YOU?

    The first step would be to get in contact to check availability. From there we will arrange a free consultation where we can discuss your wedding day in detail and showcase more examples of our work and sample albums.
     

  12. DO YOU DESIGN THE ALBUMS?

    Yes. When we document weddings we shoot with the album in mind. This allows for the story to be told in the best way possible. When you invest in Adnan Ansah Photography you are not only investing in the photography but also our vision and style and it is this vision that we carry through to the album design.

  13. CAN I USE YOUR IMAGES ON SOCIAL MEDIA or IS IT A COPYRIGHT PRODUCT ?
    As our client YES. All images given to our clients are JPEGS Optimized for social media network. No HD images are given if no ALBUMS are selected. Please review your collections. However with custom collections you do get HD Images that you can print for later use. Our studio OWNS your pictures and are copyrighted to Adnan Ansah Photography.  VENDORS cannot use our images without permission or without any agreement. Our LOGO & Images are our brand and it cannot be a victim of infringements or plagiarism. Should that were to happen Adnan Ansah Photography reserves the right to pursue with legal action.
